We love the peaceful, quiet setting of Dolphin Dreams. This was the second time we have stayed there. It was very comfortable for the two of us and our two dogs. It is just a few minutes' walk to the beach (for wonderful sunrises) and a 10 minute bike ride to Sikes Cut (for amazing sunsets). The bike path was perfect for walking our dogs as well as riding our bikes.
The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.
When we had an issue with the dishwasher, the property manager was very easy to communicate with.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends - it is great for a couple or small family. We plan to stay there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. It is the perfect distance to the beach and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. This was perfect for our pooches as they love to bark at neighbors. No barking here - it is very private and quiet. Big shout out to Forgotten Shores Properties! We had a few minor snags and they were very responsive! I would love to stay here again!

Kitchen was a cooks dream come true...best stocked kitchen in a vacation rental ever!! We are pool snobs but Dolphin Dreams pool was amazing!! Pool shower was awesome...preferred this one over the one in our king bedroom shower. Parking was the only disappointment..we had a truck and a Tahoe which neither one would fit in designated parking and be able to unload. Inside was clean! Desiree with Forgotten Shores was the JEWEL!!! Everytime I spoke with her she was very friendly, helpful,etc etc...THANK.YOU DESIREE!!!!

Great location for our family. This was our 2nd stay at Dolphin Dreams. Loved the privacy it offered. Our children loved the covered pool. Only a few minutes walk to the beach (which was less crowded than other sections of beach. Home is well equipped.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool an asset for quick dips in the afternoon! We would stay here again if we had the chance. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the refrigerator. Items in the back of the frig were frozen, some ruined. Plus, the racks on the door kept falling off and our drinks would fall out.

This was our 9th visit to SGI, but our first stay at Dolphin Dreams. We loved it! The house looked like it had some age on it but was very clean and comfortable. The one thing that bothered me was the fact that the window screens in a lot of the windows were really messed up - making it so you couldn't see out the window. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We liked the location - just a few minutes' walk to the beach and about a 20-minute walk to the cut. It was very quiet and very peaceful. We had a couple of minor questions, and the Forgotten Shores staff was very responsive and helpful. We are extremely thankful that our dogs were able to stay with us. They were very comfortable also. We would definitely stay here again.

The property provided ample room for all of us. The pool was a hit with all of us. Kitchen well equipped and bedroom were spacious. It was a short stroll to the beach. The beach equipment allowance was a big plus.
Hope to do it again.

We loved our stay at Dolphin Dreams -- the house is in great shape, a short walk to the beach, clean/updated, and had lots of supplies (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags). The screened-in pool was really nice and we all had a great time. Management was easy to get in touch with and on top of things. The freezer would be my only complaint, as it simply would not get/stay cold enough. Nothing was ruined, but nothing was frozen solid either (including popsicles for our kids that would. not. freeze. despite setting the freezer to the "coldest" setting). Small issue -- did not impact our stay overall.

My husband and I were very comfortable during our four-week stay at Dolphin Dreams. The rental was exactly as described and pictured and was clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and was well-stocked. We also liked the location -- it's in a quiet area, just a very short walk to the beach and fairly close to the Sikes Cut. We appreciate the fact that the owners allowed us to have our small dog with us. During our stay at Dolphin Dreams, we were visited by several friends, as well as our adult daughter and found the house to easily accommodate those visitors. The screened porch and screened pool area were additional pleasant places to sit. My only caveat about this home is that if you had a large group (which is certainly possible since there are four bedrooms and three baths), the living room and dining area would be too cramped for my taste. But for our smaller group, it was very nice.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids all fit comfortably in this beautiful home. It was a convenient distance from the beach and in a nice peaceful neighborhood.

Our family loved staying at this home for the second time. It’s a very well equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch to eat on. The caged in pool is awesome as well to help keep the bugs away:)

This is a great vacation home. It's very convenient to the beach (be sure and take the path). The house is very family friendly, with great amenities. Our only complaints are that the mattress in the upstairs bedroom (on the right) was very firm, and we instructions for operating the TVs would be nice.

Been coming to St George since I was a child since my mom’s family is from panhandle. This is my fav house across entire island. The pool was awesome, the outdoor shower so convenient; interior beautiful but not overdone. Quick walk to beach with advantages of Plantation amenities. Bedrooms very private. Exterior well maintained. Screened porches are frosting on the cake!!!

Loved the area, the quietness of the location, the private feel. The outdoor space for all the bikes and beach things. Biggest obstacle was the large dining area furniture. Less chairs and a smaller table would get more utilization The other easy, inexpensive thing would be to add hooks outside underneath to hang beach towels, swim gear etc AND hooks in bathrooms, bedrooms, screened porch anywhere and everywhere would make for guests to organize their belongings more easily. With 10 guests the towel allotment was a bit tight. One of the king beds wasn’t very comfy.

Wonderful private location. It’s not waterfront nor water view but it is very private and a 2 minute walk to the beach! We loved the home and the floor plan worked very well for 3 adult couples with a room to spare! We each had our own bathroom and bedroom and thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. The home is well appointed and equipped. We even hopped in the pool a few times. I believe there is an option to have it heated but we braved it and it was refreshing as the weather was getting warmer during our stay. We discovered SGI 3 years ago and have stayed every year. The last 2 we’re with Forgotten Shores and we will be back every year that we can!

I would have given 5 stars for this rental....except for the flat-screen in the living room. Way too small for the room....we actually had to move a couch closer to the screen in order to view it comfortably. This would be an easy and cheap fix for the owner.....

The condominium was just as pictured. We were very pleased that we had a very short walk to the beach. Loved the pool, also! The condo was very clean and well maintained. We didn't have to contact the management during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. My sister and I were on vacation with extended family. We went to the beach, including the state park. We also went on a long hike in the park along the bay and the gulf. My sister and I went to Appalachicola for shopping and lunch one day. We also had dinner at the Blue Parrot with our brother.

Love the location of the Villas! Beautiful views and close to everything you need. Grounds and pool are well-maintained. Upgrades to the deck railings and floorings are great!The condo itself is updated with newer bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms. Main bedroom bed very comfortable. Loved the lounge chairs on the upper deck for morning coffee.

Was a very good experience.could have used a chair in the bedroom. Mattress pad would not stay put, so lumpy every morning. We love the location and walkability to everything.

My family of 8 really enjoyed the view of the ocean. The furnishings are just as pictured. Some things to make note of: No beach towels are provided. There are no shades/blinds to block out the sun.

We loved everything about this stay. The rental is clean, well-equipped with all possible necessities, and it’s decorated beautifully. We enjoyed peaceful moments watching dolphins from the balconies, and it was easy to set up on the beach for a day of sun and return inside for quick meals since it is just steps from the ocean. The rental’s central location on SGI makes it an easy walk to coffee, donuts, groceries, shopping, or meals at several of our favorite restaurants.

Our stay in Ocean Breeze was perfect! Comfortable, CLEAN, well appointed, great air conditioning, and so easy to get to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again! The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated, and right on the beach! Probably the closest we’ve ever been to the water! The proximity to great shops and restaurants makes it even better! The view from both balconies is amazing and the easy access to the ocean, pool and shops/food make this the ideal vacation spot!! My teenage boys asked if we could come back here next year, so if they approve, it’s definitely a win in my book!!

We had a wonderful stay at SGI. The only 2 things I would recommend is fixing the water pressure in the master shower and putting some taller tables out on the balcony so one could eat outside.

The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean, cute and was a perfect location to everything we wanted. The view was incredible! Zero complaints!

We had a nice stay at Ocean Breeze. The furniture, including the master bed, is very comfortable, and the condo was clean. The decks are private and we didn't hear noise from the next door neighbors. It is located within walking distance to the restaurants and shops on SGI. The community pool looked clean and inviting, but it isn't heated. My only complaint was the lack of supplies in the house. I understand that they provide only a starter pack of hand soap or paper towels. But there was no laundry soap or even dishwasher soap in the condo. We ended up supplying the next guests with supplies we had to leave behind. Not a huge deal, but the other places we stayed in FL did a better job of providing the basic necessities.

Location was wondering for dining and beach. Would suggest a mirror on lower level for sunscreen and checking hair going out the door.

We had a great time soaking up the sun on a beautiful area of Florida. The beach wasn’t crowded and easy evening walks to our favorite restaurants. The condo has a well stocked kitchen for preparing family meals. The furnishings were very well maintained and comfortable.

Loved the house. It had lots of space to spread out. Would recommend a fan on the deck. Loved the extra storage dishes and bins in the kitchen.

Our first time to SGI was the best vacation we’ve ever had! Destin, PCB and St Augustine had worn their welcome out and SGI was just what we’ve been looking for. We loved everything about it... the hometown restaurants were all fantastic, the beaches were beautiful and we pretty much had them all to ourselves, and the home we stayed in was perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated and completely renovated and updated recently. The kitchen was fantastic...had everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the living area was open and spacious and had great lighting. All of the decks were great for outdoor eating, playing games, and just relaxing. It was truly a great home and we didn’t want to leave it. You could tell the owners loved their home and enjoyed sharing it. The Plantation was beautiful and private and very secure. Our kids enjoyed the pool and riding bicycles and we were comforted knowing they were safe. The beaches are the best we’ve ever been to... beautiful and very clean and easily accessible by the walking paths. Overall, it was the best vacation our family has had and we already know we’ll be back. Thanks to the homeowners and Forgotten Shores Properties for your role in helping to make it happen!

This is our third year at Ski2Sea, and it's still fabulous. I've noticed that after the renovation/redecoration, the owners have continued to keep the house up. Many let things go, but I've seen rugs replaced, a new washer and dryer, a new drinking water faucet, etc. I love that they care enough to continue to make it five stars! We'd have liked to have a broom, but we just used the vacuum. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things! We can't wait for next year!

This was our first visit to SGI and we would love to return! Sea2Ski was beautiful home. A few more updates would be good (kitchen, bathrooms), but overall quite nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable! The house was clean. The house feels private & secluded, separated from neighbors by vegetation. It is about a 5 minute walk (depending how fast you can walk) to the beach by sandy path or road. Either way, watch your step. We saw 3 snakes. We visited in July and there was one family to either side of us on the beach all week! Went to one of the 2 pools and had it to ourselves for a couple of hours one morning! We would definitely stay here again. SGI now has a piece of our hearts!!

This is our second year staying in this home, and it's fabulous. The owners have taken time and been thoughtful about everything from decor to items in the kitchen. We're looking forward to year three in '25 at Sea2Ski!

We really enjoyed the upgrades the new owners made to this property as this was our 2nd time staying in this house (i.e. floors, appliances, and furniture). The only small issues were lack of skillets for cooking and the TV in the upstairs bedroom (double bed) did not connect to the internet and was unusable. Otherwise, the additional beach towels, outdoor shower, and grill were really nice extras and highly recommend this house to anyone who enjoy additional amenities like two community pools, fitness center, pickle ball/tennis courts!

We had am amazing time at Sea2Ski. The new updates were incredible! We had five, including three college-age children and still had plenty of space. It was a easy walk to the beach and there was always space available, which was a nice contrast to the public beaches at SGI. The property managers were great to work with and went above and beyond to see that we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back.

Thanks to a new rental company on the island who made our former favorite house no longer affordable, we've found an even better favorite! This house is well decorated, has everything you need (maybe add a plastic pitcher or two), and CLEAN! I've never re-booked our vacation this early, but I intend to do just that because the house is just fabulous! Thank you1

We had a wonderful time at the beach house and staying at the plantation! The house was very clean, spacious and beautiful; and the area was very quiet, peaceful, safe and such natural beauty! Very short walk to the beach through a unique, very natural beach path. My grandkids thought they were on a beach adventure path! The Forgotten Shores management staff were always very helpful, kind and quick to answer our questions. I would highly suggest Cotton Candy Beach House to anyone!

Didn’t expect to hike through the woods to the beach. Exterior stairs need some repairs. A rope to haul everything up the stairs would have come in handy.
