It’s just a short walk to view the sunrise from this vacation rental! We decided to rent bikes so that we could ride to the State Park. This is unit is in a really quiet area of the island. We were able to enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning. Everything worked as it should and the bed was pretty comfy! There are A LOT of stairs to get to the front door—which was not a problem for us, but might be for some.

Great condo! Wonderful location with great view from deck. Condo is clean and well maintained. I found everything I needed, including utensils I've found lacking other locations, ie. can opener, scissors, grill lighter. I would definitely book again.

This property was perfect for 2 adults. It had all the amenities we needed. We especially liked the location as it was very close to the state park. It was conveniently close to the community swimming pool and the beach. The property management was professional, friendly, and responsive.

We extended a week long stay with family with five days at 300 Ocean Mile,
Apt. J7. The unit was great for the two of us to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This well maintained property was clean and as described. Forgotton Shores Properties provided great service as usual. The Blue Parrott and BJ’s were once again great eat out options. We have stayed at Ocean Mile condos many times through the years with much satisfaction.

On the far east end of St. George Island, it was the perfect get away from it all spot. The apartment was clean, smelled fresh, with everything in working order. It felt like we were in the middlem of a reno though. Part of the place was country cabin feel with the rustic wood and tin wall. Then there's the hammerhead shark coming out the wall and the large ocean life mueral.
We opted for the free beach gear and got 2 bikes. Road the bikes down to the state park, so beautiful.
Next time we'll bring our black lab, since the island is so pet friendly.

Overall we had a great time. Unfortunately there were several families that were vacationing together who were all around us. The pool, grills, and beach were taken over with kids, pets, and smoking. Also noticed that they had dogs in condos that did not allow pets. The weekend was not as quiet as we hoped. We loved our townhome , and weather was great. We would stay again.

A very easy and affordable rental experience. The complex was well maintained, the condo had everything we needed, it was quiet, and because it was dog friendly was the icing on the cake!

Clean, comfortable unit close to the pool & beach. We love doing puzzles and this unit had the perfect table. Also, there's an electric fireplace for those chilly nights. 300 OM has been our go-to spot for several years because of it's proximity to the park & the quiet end of the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit, especially, for the price.

Heaven Sent perfectly accommodated our two families. We loved the private bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were nice and spacious. The deck and beach access were exactly what we were looking for in a beach house. We would definitely stay there again.

This home has so many positives. Having owned a beach house in the past, I appreciate the thought that went into Heaven Sent. Wonderful floor plan, well stocked kitchen, quality materials, comfortable beds. The elevator for guest use was great for luggage and groceries. The location was superb. I wil definitely rent this house in the future.

House was great, kitchen fully equipped (they even provided many tupperware containers for left overs) large dining table adequate for the whole family. tennis court= basketball court provided extra recreation

Another winter spent at this lovely home has come to an end -- BUT WE'LL BE BACK. Have spent several winters here, a very comfortable. rooming home very well equipped. Great views, right on beach, has a private hot tub in screened room. There is a nice heated pool and lounge area right across the street. Home has always been in great condition and very clean. Outstanding property management, very friendly and helpful, as well as responsive.

We've spent the last few winters in this home and love the layout and view. It is very clean and very comfortable. The last two winters have been unusually cold, so we've been a little house-bound and this is a great place to be for that. The managing agent is the absolute best.

Neighborhood amenities are one of the reasons we choose this house. The management was very hands on and professional. They took care of a water heater problem within 2 hours.

Spacious house for 4 0ld couples and elevator was great. Washer ok but dryer needs replacing. Loved short distance to beach. Definitely consider going back i future.

We’ve been at Heaven Sent for at least 4 years. 8 adults, 4 kids 6 and under. We love it! Great location. Great spot for kids. Just started our beach games day. Yay Heaven Sent!

Spacious open floor plan that brings every one together, plus an area that can be closed of for office work or privacy - has adjoining bedroom and bath so could be a separate suite for the grands. Wonderful porch with rockers overlooking astounding ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen. Elevator a must for these "ol folks". Return already booked.

We have stayed in this house multiple times. A perfect floorplan for us, first floor is open with ability to close off a bedroom and living area for multiple families. Beachfront - views are exceptional.

The house was great- just as pictured on line. We enjoyed the water and sunset beach and loved being steps from a dog friendly beach. Jamie was very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with the door entry.

Absolutely loved this home and its layout. Not having to climb stairs was a benefit as well to our senior blind fur baby. The pool and cabana area is superb!!! Easy access to the beach made it that much more enjoyable.

A few things that need to be addressed. #1 - The master shower only had cold water and needs to be repaired. #2 - All cookware (frying pans especially) need to be replaced as they are old and chipping off. #3 - Outside shower handle is broken and needs to be prepared. #4 - Probably time to look at changing out matrasses. All of this said, our stay was wonderful.

Wish I could buy this place!!! What a gem.

Was good house was in good shape only problem was drawer in kitchen that spoons and forks were in would not open which was not a problem because we used plastic anyway and there was a pipe hanger on the wall in one of the bedrooms that was about to fall off but wouldn't have used it anyway so that was not a problem either overall great stay

Other than inclement weather, the short 5 day stay was very good. House was comfortable, place spacious and layout was great for older kids. Liked elevated deck for quiet morning reading and sunshine. Beds need improvement as they were uncomfortable and showed plenty of wear.

This was our 2nd month long stay at Casa Kosta. It is clean, modern and plenty of space, the kitchen has everything we need and it met all of our needs.

The property was great, as advertised. Forgotten Shores property managers are simply the BEST group of people ever!

Great experience with Casa Kosta. Everything was as expected. The ground level worked great with our senior puppy. Close to the beach, plenty of room in the house and awesome pool. Would love to stay here every year!

Great location! Very short walk to a great boardwalk to the beach. Our guests enjoyed the outdoor areas the most. Especially the covered tv area.

Enjoyed some relaxing beach time with our son, daughter in law and recently rescued springer spaniel. Questions I had prior to booking were answered quickly. And I received a call after arrival to make sure all was good.

We were extremely happy with our rental. We could walk to the beach(1 minute away) or we could relax in our private pool. The area was quiet and we felt safe. Our house was clean, decorated nicely and provided us with plenty of room.

This is our family’s 14th year/ trip visiting the island! We love SGI! We have stayed in 9 different homes. The house was very clean. It was the smallest one we have stayed in to date. With that being said don’t pack a lot. We do in the spring because you could have 3 of the 4 seasons in one day. No closet space! Kitchen had no trash bags but everything else was ok. We paid for a heated pool which according to my kids was a waste because it was cold. I called but they only gave me two days refund because they couldn’t determine when the breaker was tripped. This is the first time we have had any issues with any of the homes on the island but I would think you want a return visit you would put the guest first knowing it wasn’t the guests fault.

Overall the house was decent and close to the beach!

When we walked into the home, the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. Being older, we loved that we could stay on the main floor so no stairs to take our dogs out, go for walks, and the porch was so relaxing to sun watch the gulf and people watch. Just a few steps to the boardwalk to the beach and the dogs go to romp in the sand. We will totally be back.

Great location to beach, house was spacious plenty of room for 8 guests. The only complaint I have is there isn't a door on the upstairs restroom. The shower and toilet area has a door not the sink vanity area. Since the upstairs is a double occupancy room it would be beneficial to have a door.

Cute, clean house! It was perfect for our crew, the only complaint is the mattresses, kinda like sleeping in a taco. Everything else was great and loved that it was close to beach access.

Last minute plans to return to St. George Island the week before school started. We were able to bring our 94 and 88 year old parents who enjoy the beach visits. The home that Forgotten Shores found was PERFECT for this visit. Pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog who loves swimming in the gulf.
Ground level, no stairs to enter the home and 2 of the three bedrooms on the ground floor. Short walk to the beach. Great views from the home. The pool was visited daily by our parents letting them do their water aerobics.

This was a last minute thing and we found this place and glad we did. It was very clean, maintained and stocked well. Everything was in great condition including beds, appliances, pool and TV’s. The location was great with the beach across the street and not to far from restaurants on a golf cart. Headed back there next summer.

This place was perfect for our large family! The pool gave our kiddos entertainment during dinner or when the weather didn’t permit us going to the beach. The beach access was just a short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was clean and beautiful!
