The condo is perfectly located and stocked with everything you need for a lovely week at the beach. The kitchen was clean and spacious so that my husband and I could use it together. The large windows allow for fantastic lighting. The ocean view is unbeatable. Although we had neighbors on both sides of us, we didn't hear them at all. Will stay here again!

This unit H5 was beautifully decorated and very clean. You couldn't have a better view of the Gulf so beautiful and relaxing on the balcony having coffee was perfect.

An excellent property. Liked that it was meticulously clean when we arrived. Nice amenities and newer applicances. Also an excellent location for walking to restaurants, groceries, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is walking distance to local restaurants and other great things to do in SGI. The condo has a nice pool and had very beautiful views of the ocean from our balconies. Condo was as described. Nice rental.

Project manager for the exterior work needs a lesson on how to maintain a work sight. Trash and materials all across the property, not left presentable at the end of the work day. I am a retired construction project manager, my projects would never be left not cleaned up. Rental beach furniture left in stacks across the property, some left and not picked up by the rental company for over a month as I was told by other guests. Not acceptable. Yes it's winter but some attention to the landscaping is due. First impressions say a lot. My condo was nice. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable to sit on with out doubling up the cushions. Comfortable chairs need to be added to the porches, existing furniture needs to be removed, impossible to sit comfortably on. Trust criticisms aren't offensive, guests experience of their stay is a huge asset. I'll be back next year.

Nice condo-Great location-

The beachfront unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and management was friendly and responsive. A quick walk done the beach was all it took for dinner at the Blue Parrot.

We had a wonderful week at St. George Island staying at the Island Vibe. It was beautifully decorated and completely clean!! The owners were amazing. We had two very minor issues (a toilet handle broke and one of the tubs had a slow drain... Which could happen to anyone at home!!( And they came the same day.. even though it was late and after hours and took care of it quickly. They checked in and made sure we didn't need anything.
All of the "extras" were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the two bathrooms with the master having the sink separate. Easy access to the pool and the beach. 5 stars!!

This was our second time staying here.
The accommodations were clean and well maintained. We will continue booking this condo when we visit St George Island.

The condo was great . I was shocked when we arrived and opens the door ... lol it was larger than I thought ! The picture on the site make it seem smaller . I was impressed with the cleanliness. Being beach side was amazing! We will definitely stay here or at least in the same complex again .

Everything was nice.

Our first time renting with Forgotten Shores. Seamless entry. The unit was very clean and had everything needed for a great experience. The location is the best. Sunrise right from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our week in this pleasant villa. Such helpful people made our stay wonderful. The views from both levels right on the beach were awesome.
Lots of stairs to climb, but nothing unbearable, and good exercise.

There were a few things that weren’t so nice. The bed in the master was not comfortable. Also, the tv in the master was very small. TV’s are very inexpensive these days, and it was ridiculously small. The worst thing for me was the toilet paper provided. Can you say see-through would be one and the same. I had to buy TP to use. The other thing is carpet in the bedrooms. I’m not a fan of carpet anywhere but on the beach! Ick. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I’d know to bring my own TP.

The description for the listing and the pictures were very accurate. This condo was VERY clean ! Great access to the Islands restarants. The beach was very nice and the sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep at night. I WILL be back. Have stayed on St. George Island a dozen times and liked this condo best ! Rental agent and maintenance were a pleasure to work with.

The whole rental process wants me to play from A to Z. The whole condo complex is old and dated but our unit was very clean and very well stocked. We had lots of rain and spent lots of time indoors. Plenty of room to spread out. Not much to do here on this island. The area is remote, so be aware.

Over all a great condo. There were a couple minor issues:
1- The master shower curtain needs to be attached better. While showering, we had to avoid standing on the shower curtain.
2- The second bedroom window screen is coming loose.

Definitely very relaxing and quiet. Weather was very good. Place needs some updates for sure.

Island Vibe was a very nice vacation rental. It was very clean, large enough for the 5 of us and was in a super location. It is an older condo but in pretty good shape for its age. We real enjoyed the views from the balconies and both of them are good sized. We ate on the island at several locations and had good meals. We also traveled to Apalachicola which is really a neat little town with unique shops that my wife and 3 daughters enjoyed. The best restaurant we ate at was the Pesky Pelican at Eastpoint which is right over the bridge. A couple of improvements that could be made: we only received 1 key, with a family going in different directions at times this was inconvenient. The Teflon frying pans were old and foods stuck to them and they were also warped. Two minor problems! We were looking for a low key vacation spot and Island Vibe on St. George Islland was a great choice. Relax, look at the Ocean, listen to the waves and have a drink!

I would highly recommend using Forgotten Shores Properties for an awesome vacation rental! The house we originally booked had a problem with the elevator, but we were given a couple options and chose a different property that everyone in our family absolutely loved! Jamie and John were a pleasure to do business with and were so nice and helpful, we look forward to using Forgotten Shores in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was lovely and clean with a lot of room to spread out or to gather together. A morning walk to the beach to watch a gorgeous sunrise, or simply stroll along the water was just a matter of minutes. But right at the top of the list was the simple pleasure of sitting on the deck with good friends, enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the waves. The elevator is handy to get luggage and groceries up but, more importantly, allows those who would struggle with stairs to enjoy their stay. We’d highly recommend this property!

Our family had the most incredible stay at L & G by the Sea on St. George Island! This beach house was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. With five spacious bedrooms, including a fantastic bunkroom that sleeps six, there was more than enough room for our group, which included four generations!One of the standout features of this home is that everything is on one level, making it incredibly convenient for family members of all ages, especially those with limited mobility. The elevator was an absolute game changer for loading and unloading our things, as well as assisting family members who needed extra help getting around.The open kitchen and great room were ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen is huge—perfect for multiple cooks at once—and it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to prepare meals together while enjoying each other’s company in the spacious, open-concept living area.The location couldn’t be better—just across the street from the beach, with beautiful views of the water. It made for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sand and surf with the family. The house also offered plenty of seating and space for everyone to gather after a day at the beach.A huge shoutout to Forgotten Shores, who made the entire planning process a breeze. They were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything went smoothly before and during our stay.If you’re looking for the perfect place to get your family or friends together, I can’t recommend L & G by the Sea enough. It’s the ideal place to make lasting memories with loved ones on beautiful St. George Island!

The house is very spacious, and both it and everything inside it are brand new. I didn’t expect to appreciate the elevator as much as I did; it was a blessing not to have to carry luggage and groceries and everything else up and down stairs (yes, I’m getting a little older). While not directly on the beach, the house is located immediately across the road from the beach, and there is beach access via a path directly in front of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week with our family here, and completely recommend L&G By The Sea.

We stayed here this past week and had a blast. The 3 king size bedrooms, queen bedroom, and bunk bed room make for a perfect stay with multiple families. It’s very clean and looks even better in person!

It was absolutely beautiful both the view and the house. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck. Parking was spacious. We had 12 family members and the house never seemed crowded. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of space for food preparation and cabinet space for storage. Elevator was very helpful getting things upstairs. Awesome grill - plenty large to cook for a big group. Kids loved the bunk room. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This was a perfect get away for our family. Salty Sink-Inn is clean, roomy, and a home away from home feeling. Love that you are so close to the beach.

Condition and location of the house were just perfect.
Property is well surrounded by trees and just three blocks from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our vacation! The accommodations are top notch, with a large deck on the front and back of the house, you could sit outside and relax, eat, or just take in the views. All the rooms were spacious, including the laundry room. The beach is just seconds away and everyone we met was very nice. We will be back!

Perfect rental for a family vaca. Tons of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. Awesome location in proximity to all the restaurants/stores and most importantly was a close distance to the beach! The outdoor shower was really awesome compared to what I’m used to seeing at most rentals which was really nice after a day at the beach. We really loved the huge table downstairs where the family spent a lot of time hanging out every night. We plan on making this a yearly trip!

This home is well equipped with everything needed for a family to enjoy their vacation. It is spacious and comfortable. A couple of features that were nice were the whole house filter system and the wall of windows overlooking a wooded lot in the living room.

Very roomy, well equipped kitchen, very important to us. Excellent beach access. We experienced a local power outage and Jamie at the office kept us apprised of when to expect power return, very kind!

The property was perfect for our getaway. The location is right across from the beach access which was super convenient. The house has pretty much everything you could want for a vacation. Things that weren't listed but are included were a very nice ninja blender, curling iron, blow dryer, alarm clocks, and several beach chairs and toys for kids. The property management company was exceptional to work with! They took care of every question and need and were super friendly and personal the entire time The view from the deck is perfect. There are plenty of options inside the home with towels, pillows, beds of various firmness which made it comfortable and cozy. We will definitely look at this property and/or others that are managed by forgotten shores in the future!

Nice place to stay! The rental company was so great at answering our questions. Eight of us stayed here and had plenty of room. Nice view and having a pool and close to beach access was wonderful! Would definitely rent this place again!

This is our 2nd year coming to SGI for vacation and the second year using Forgotten Shores Properties to rent. We had another great experience! The house was perfect, well cleaned, and stocked with supplies. The location is perfect with easy, short access to the beach. We had a great week and we will be back!
