Prime Time

This was a lovely home that had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The view, the balconies, the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all were top notch. We only had two areas that they probably need to address: the shower curtains in two of the bathrooms were too short and water went everywhere and there was not a place to shave your legs. We ended up buying two chairs at the dollar store and donating them to the house. Second thing were the mattresses. All of the beds had platform bases, which means no box springs (and not much support). If they're going to keep the platforms, the mattresses should be replaced fairly often and with a good brand. Other than that, the home was phenomenal, and if needed we would stay there again. The elevator was awesome for my handicapped mother and for sending our bags up and down. Mellone at Forgotten Shores was also top notch in customer inquiries and everything else!

The house is a terrific size for multiple families or one large family. Having the pool is such a nice option. The house needs some repairs (bad dishwasher, cracked floor tiles, mold, cracked ceilings, etc.) but it was a pleasure to stay there. So much space in the living room for kids to run through and every room had its own bathroom. One thing that was bothersome is the current check-out guidance is for the renters to wash all the dishes and put them away, instead of loading the dishwasher and starting the load before leaving the rental. I think this encourages people to not wash the dishes. Every dish pulled from the drawers and cabinets had to be washed before use because it was visibly unclean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and the layout was perfect for our big group. The booking was seamless and the customer service was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and will book again.

Prime Time the perfect house for us. We have 6 adults 3 small kids We have stayed here the past 2 years and have booked next year too. It is the perfect location and literally just steps to the water. Then only thing we would like to see is new mattresses.

Loved so much about this house. The wrap around porch was great. Really enjoyed the porch facing the ocean and it was always shaded! The living area was set up nicely with plenty of seating area for all 9 of us. Bedrooms were nice but disappointed in all of the bathrooms except the master bath. Showers were small/narrow. The kitchen is small and needs pots and pan replaced- most handles are loose. Ice maker made ice but wouldn't dispense ice. Nice dining table and chairs. Be nice to have a couple extra folding chairs to use around table. Pool was nice for our grands but area was messy. Need to provide a new pool net so one can clean trash out of pool. The carport and grilling area were messy. Lots of sand. Just didn't look clean. Did not use grill and would not due to the condition. Lots of leftover pipe, siding etc laying around house. Easy to get to beach. Wouldn't take much to spruce it up!

Prime Time was the perfect home for my large family. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for everyone. Great access to the beach. Pool was great....really an overall great experience for myself and my family. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a large, spacious house to rent in SGI.

Always good. Having stayed at "prime time" for many years 10 or more years now and sometime twice a year we really wish the rates to return to normal. We love this place but will have to look elsewhere unfortunately if not.

Our Stay the first week in November 2023 at Prime Time Beach House in St. George Island FL was Awesome! Weather could not have been better 55 to 78 each day with no rain and low humidity. All five of us senior women had our own bed and bath and we were steps from the beach. The Elevator was a lifesaver for packing and unpacking and parking for four cars was not a problem. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the Washer and Dyer and Air Conditioning worked really well. Only down sides where the Biting bugs outside (beware and bring repellent). The beds where a little hard and springy for my taste and the house and kitchen could have been a little cleaner.
However, I would highly recommend this house for Seniors and large families or multi families.

The home was perfect! It checked off all of our needs/wants and the staff was incredibly nice and easy to work with.

The house was great. Very clean. Great location. Room for everyone. Pool was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Would love to rent again.

We had a great time at Prime Time! Our second year in a row at this house and it did not disappoint. The beach was very clean and it felt like it was all ours.

Our stay was overall good. The location on the beach and the proximity to everything is great. The new comforters were nice and made the house look brighter. The only major complaint is the master bedroom mattress (upstairs), it has a huge hump and is very uncomfortable. Another complaint is that the cleaning staff did not clean behind and under things, we had to move the crib and there was trash under it. But as I said, overall we had a great stay.

The lay out of this house is our favorite part, oh, and the fact that it is such a great short walk to the beach, which is absolutely incredible! The property management people are extremely responsive and friendly. They check on you during your stay to make sure you have everything you need. We come every year and always leave happy and looking forward to the next year. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall this was a wonderful vacation experience. We had 9 adults and 2 babies. A few disappointments though. The small room off the side of the master bedroom was a great idea and we planned to put my grandbaby there to sleep. But the crib was in the master bedroom and wouldn’t fit through the door and the small room didn’t even have a door we could close to keep it quiet for her to sleep. We ended up putting her in our master bedroom- which is a great room but we weren’t able to be in there much to enjoy it because that is where the baby slept. The kitchen situation was not the best. Our stove door was duct taped when we got there and ended up falling off mid week. The office was very kind and sent a maintenance man right away. After 3 visits, he ended up glueing it and leaving a note saying not to use the oven until 6:15. It’s a good thing we had plans to go out for dinner that night. And I’m pretty sure the door will come off again for one of the next guests. Sink faucet was hard to turn off and leaked most of the week, cheap coffee pot took forever to brew, not the best kitchen if you plan to eat in most meals like we did. We did get a lot of use out of the extra refrigerator downstairs. Pool was nice, we loved the porch and overall had a great visit.

This is our 12th trip to the Island and our 10th stay at this property. Prime time is under new management and it improved our overall stay. They new guys have been very helpful and friendly. Many changes have been made to the mechanicals, appliances, management of services (cleanliness, etc.). The location, house layout, amenities are great. We’re signed up again for 2024.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 12 (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 grade school, 2 babies). Clean and spacious. Love the wrap around balcony!

First time visitors to St. George Island and Prime Time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The crib and rocker in the upstairs room was perfect for our family with a baby. The washer/dryer, the pool, the wrap around porch with chairs, the short walk to the beach. It was pretty much perfect! Only downside - the frig is old and small and some of the shelves in the door are broken and the Ice maker doesn't work. The mattresses could use an upgrade too, but overall I'd give it a thumbs up.

The house is great for larger families, layout was great. Location was perfect. The owners were nice enough to leave a kayak and crab trap so we had some fun catching crabs. My only complaint was the house was not cleaned to what we felt it should of been. The refrigerator was in horrible shape- not real cold, pretty much all shelves missing in freezer. After reaching out to management new refrigerator is in the way for the next guest which is great. The home really needs to be cleaned better in between guest and some repairs completed .

We had a great week at Prime Time. The location is unbelievable, right on the beach and the views are incredible. The private pool was great and the new decking for the wrap around porch was awesome. Some new updates inside including washer/dryer combo. With further updates, especially a new refrigerator, this house will be a favorite for many. We plan to stay at Prime Time again in the future, if they continue to update.

We enjoyed this house so much! It was perfect for us and we can't wait to visit again. Such a great location and literally just steps to the beach. The only thing that would need attention are the mattresses, they are not very comfortable but that didn't stop us form enjoying and having a great time in this house.

We had a wonderful week at Prime Time. Some updates have been made to the property and the outside looks nice. The house was also very clean inside. Some minor things (not worth mentioning here) were reported to Jamie at Forgotten Shores.

We had a group of eight and a baby and thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at prime time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are private which we all appreciated and the beach view and proximity to the beach itself are amazing! It seems like the house is a little older and could use some updating or touch up in places but it also seems like they’re working on it and have already made nice upgrades like the decking. I love the furniture since you can’t hurt it, no scratches stains etc., overall it was a great time! Oh, and we did reach out to management once and they immediately replied back. We will definitely be back!
