The house was more than I expected! It was very clean, very well stocked, and the perfect spot for our family vacation.

This house is just lovely! Smelled fresh and clean the second we walked in. Filled with amenities, even nice fluffy beach towels. We absolutely loved the wrap around deck, perfect for dolphin watching daily. The boardwalk out to the beach is nice and makes the walk so much easier. The house is beautiful on the inside, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Kitchen had all the supplies you could possibly need, including spices, oils, sandwich bags, garbage bags and more. The full size pantry was a nice surprise and great for stocking all our food. Loved the locatin, very private beach even with neighbors on both sides. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Great time! Beautiful beach and our Sun-Kissed rental was very comfortable and perfectly situated. The views from the main and second floor balconies was awesome!

Well maintained clean home with a very well equipped kitchen - one of the best kitchens we've had in rentals. Can see both sunrise and sunset from the deck. Quick response from the rental company with any questions. Very quiet peaceful area.

First full week in November 2023 was beautiful. The house is excellent. This is probably our 20th house on SGI and it is fully-loaded with all the things you need. We like the East End. The boardwalk to the beach is in good shape. Comfy beds, great kitchen supplies. We would stay here again. The Forgotten Shore people were also helpful. All in all, no issues whatsoever.

This was our 44th anniversary and the Sun-Kissed property was the most beautiful beach house ever.
The women at FSP were a pleasure to work with and made our trip to St. Georges Island the best anniversary we've ever experienced!!! We highly recommend FSP!!!

The ONLY negative I can say is we only got to stay 2 nights due to the prediction of Hurricane Idalia. We arrived on Saturday and packed up on Monday morning. We are Hoosiers and were worried about numerous things that go along with tropical storms & hurricanes so we didn't want to chance it. Other than that, it was a beautiful home & fantastic beach location. We had never been on SGI and wish we could have explored it more. It is very quiet which is what we like... very non-commercial which is perfect for us. We got one full day of beach time and the beach is wonderful... ocean is quiet and not at all rough. The house had everything you can possibly think of and the pictures are 100% accurate. It was also immaculate which is most important to us. Two families can easily stay as there are two separate master suites. Honestly, no complaints other than cutting our trip short which is simply Mother Nature. Hope to return at some point.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Check in/out was seamless. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, even crock pots. The furnishings are new and comfortable, with super comfy beds. Fast wi-fi, and a nice TV, although we never turned it on. There are stunning million-dollar views everywhere downstairs; there's even an unobstructed view of the beach from the couch. The upstairs master suite is huge, with epic views and a balcony. The master bath has a tub big enough for two. Nice Adirondack chairs on the balcony and wrap-around porch. Easy parking for 3 large vehicles under the house.

Clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed for a great meal, or go to a local restaurant and have a good seafood meal. Views from the rooms were spectacular, always changing from watching people fishing to watching dolphins swimming, to watching dogs play in the water or on the sand.

This house was perfect for our vacation...we were steps from the ocean where we could sit in the warmth watching the waves or spend our days fishing from the beach. Home was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed.

We fell in love with this home almost immediately, so much so that we booked for next year while we were staying here. This was our first time staying on Saint George Island. It’s a narrow barrier island with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Apalachicola Bay on the other. These are million dollar+ homes. Each one is unique in shape, size and color. Our house (Sun-Kissed) was simply amazing. It is modern, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. There is a huge porch facing the Gulf that has plenty of seating. On the second level there is balcony that we sat out on every night. It is great for stargazing and watching the sunrise and sunset. We cook 90% of our meals and the kitchen had ample kitchenware. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. One thing you should be aware of is that just about all the houses on the Island are elevated on tall supports for protection against hurricane storm surge. Because of that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the main level and leading up to the second level bedroom. There are also stairs leading to the boardwalk to the beach. It was a little challenging climbing these steps especially with groceries and very slippery when wet. Our favorite part of this house was the private boardwalk to the beach. Once you step off the stairs it’s a short walk to the water. As I said the beach was not crowded. Often times it it was just us. We made full use of the beach gear credit. I recommend using some of it for bike rental. There is a bike path that runs along the island, and into the State Park. For $2.00 each you can enter the state park with your bikes. Totally worth it and most of the beaches are deserted. For groceries we used the Piggly Wiggly Express in town. It looks like a small convenience store from the outside but honestly it had everything we needed so we didn’t have to leave the island. It has a nice produce and meat department and a decent beer and wine section. Hard liquor is sold next door. We only ate out once but loved the Blue Parrot in town.

We enjoyed our time so much at Sun-Kissed. The boardwalk to the beach right outside the door was wonderful to have with the kids and all our gear. The home had everything we needed! Would definitely like to retunr.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again. The owners thought of everything and Lindsey at Forgotten Shores was so professional and kind!

My family of 8 stayed in this beautiful beach home on SGI. The home was very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated.This home offered everything we needed. The ocean view from anywhere in the home was perfect! We loved relaxing on the porch in the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee, evening cocktails or a laptop to catch up on work. Days were spent on the beach watching the waves and the dolphins. The beach was away from the crowds so it was us and a few other families. Everyone enjoyed the paddle board which we rented with the $250 credit. My son was surfing in by the end of our stay. Evenings were spent cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We made a variety of meals and were delighted to find everything we needed. Every member of my 16 and up family agreed this was our favorite SGI house! We can’t wait to return!

This was the best stay we have had since coming to St. George over the last 25 years! Clean, all the small touches were there, including a wonderful welcome basket, seasonings- and other things that you don't typically get. Super clean and incredible spot on the beach. We will be back!

Sun Kissed is a beautiful house right on the beach on St.George Island. It’s very tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture, including the beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and plan a return visit. Our only issue was the spotty wifi coverage, and it would have been nice to have chaise lounges on the porch.

Very thoughtful owners, lots of nice touches. We felt right at home. Hope to come again.
